WeddingCircle.in is a digital platform that connects customers with independent service providers. We do not directly provide services and do not control vendor pricing, delivery, or execution.

2. Customer Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry on WeddingCircle.in is completely free for customers. Since no payment is collected from customers for enquiries, refunds do not apply.

3. Vendor Payments

Vendors may be charged for leads, subscriptions, advertisements, or premium listings. All such payments are generally non-refundable once the service is activated or a lead is delivered.

4. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical error resulting in failed service delivery
  • Payment deducted but service not activated

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date.

5. Cancellation Policy

Vendors may cancel their subscription or paid services at any time. However, cancellation does not guarantee a refund for the unused period unless explicitly stated.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Any chargeback or dispute raised directly with banks or payment gateways without contacting WeddingCircle.in may result in temporary account suspension during investigation.
